We are seeking reliable and motivated Assemblers to join a manufacturing team in Hutchinson, KS. In this role, you will assist with the assembly and production while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned assembly operations as part of the bus manufacturing process
Assemble and install interior and exterior non-electrical components
Use hand tools and power tools, including drills, screw guns, and caulk guns
Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work effectively as part of a team and follow work instructions

Qualifications

Quality-minded with strong attention to detail
Dependable with good attendance
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Able to follow directions and work independently
Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred

Preferred Skills

Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
Experience using common hand and power tools
Assembly or manufacturing experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Physical Requirements

Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing ladders
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. without assistance
